The Bell Blouse is knitted in the round, top down with yarn held double, and i-cord bind off at the neck and sleeves. The blouse has a circular yoke and is slightly A-lined. The sleeves are 3/4 long. You can adjust the length of the blouse as you wish by increasing or reducing the number of rounds between the increases after making the arm opening.
